Being from out of the area, we were referred to Ed O'Malley by the local Chris Craft dealer, and then had two sets of close friends in the Bay Head - Manasquan area concur that he was by far the very best realtor to work with in the area. With the tight real estate market and limited listings in Bay Head, Ed secured us a summer rental and continued his diligent search for our summer home. We had good knowledge of the area from years of visiting, but really no good sense of the real estate market. First, Ed was the only realtor who felt it might be worth his time to respond to my email inquiry. We arranged to meet and he showed us a great variety of properties in our price range across three towns. One of these properties became the site of our new home (an open lot never before built on)! Ed worked with us and the seller to make the process straightforward without surprises. We never felt pushed or rushed during the process. We made this our full time residence 5 years ago and Ed has continued to be a great help with local tradespeople for the occasional home project.
