Being from out of the area, we were referred to Ed O'Malley by the local Chris Craft dealer, and then had two sets of close friends in the Bay Head - Manasquan area concur that he was by far the very best realtor to work with in the area. We had good knowledge of the area from years of visiting, but really no good sense of the real estate market. First, Ed was the only realtor who felt it might be worth his time to respond to my email inquiry.
