Brielle Market Update - October 2024
Fall is off to a good start in Brielle, with more market activity in September than in August - more new listings, more properties under contract, and more closings to! Average days on market remains healthy at 37, and the absorption rate (also known as supply) is at 3.4 months. All in all, Brielle is returning to a more balanced market - eg - reasonable amount of inventory (as opposed to limited inventory), with homes selling within 30 to 90 days in many cases. Not long ago, we had a very competitive market, with homes selling quickly, often with multiple offers - this still happens, but not as often as it recently did.
