The October market in Brielle remained active and healthy!  There were 6 closings, and 4 properties went under contract!  Average days on market drop to 24, with homes selling a bit faster than they did in September.  The active inventory remains about the same at 16 properties, including 7 new listings, to help offset those that have sold.
