We hope that you're having a good fall, and that you're looking forward to Thanksgiving!  All remains well and busy in the Brielle real estate market, but inventory remains below typical levels.  In the month of October, there were only 5 homes on the market, and only 5 new listings.  In the same time period, there were three homes under contract, and one closing.  What is most remarkable is that the average days on market is up dramatically to 140 days (but take this with a grain of salt - there are only so many data points in this average).  Also, it is worth noting that the ratio of list price to sale price has slipped somewhat - we're now at 83.7% of asking price.  

When properly priced and marketed, homes continue to sell quite readily.
