The Brielle real estate market was active in June, and remains active in July - in June there were 8 new listings, 1 closing, and 7 properties went under contract.  Average days on market has increased quite a bit from 47 to 107, and the ratio of list price to sale price has decreased from May to June, from 97%, to 87.7%.  Inventory is up for the summer, with 16 active listings on the market in June.
