Brielle Market Update - January 2025
December saw a strong finish for the Brielle real estate market! Inventory remained relatively low (12 homes), kept down in large part due to the steady stream of transactions ( 7 properties under contract in the month, and 5 closings). Average days on the market is nearly steady at 26, and prices remain high, with some homes selling at or over asking price. With rates projected to decrease somewhat, and high buyer demand, we are in a good position for a healthy spring market!
