Brielle Market Update - January 2023
If you’re thinking about selling your home (or even if you're not), it's important to have a good understanding of what’s going on in the Brielle market.
Knowing the most important data such as the average sales price, number of homes sold, and days on market will better prepare you to sell your home, or simply to stay informed about your neighborhood.
At the moment, inventory is stable, and we are seeing some price reductions, which we were not seeing a few months ago. There are a number of homes in town that have had one or more price reductions, and also, we are seeing lots of home open signs - and yet some of these homes remain on the market. Other homes, when properly priced and marketed, have sold rather quickly. Overall, the average days on market is down from 42 to 30. If you are thinking of selling this spring, now could be a good time to list while there is less competition, and some listings are becoming "stale."
