Brielle Market Update - February 2025
January was an active month for the Brielle market, with 6 new listings, and 7 properties sold. A number of properties also went under contract. In the last 60 days, multiple properties have come on the market, gone under contract, and closed quite rapidly! In spite of that, average days on the market was up for January, from 26 days to 40 days. Often, this time of year, cold winter weather is a contributing factor to this. Overall, inventory remains relatively low (9 active listings in January), which makes for good opportunities for both buyers and sellers in the coming spring market.
