Brielle Market Update - August 2024
Activity in the Brielle real estate market has increased through July into August - in July there were 6 new listings, 7 closings, and 6 properties went under contract. Average days on market has dropped quite a bit from 107 to 45, and the ratio of list price to sale price has increased from July to August, from 87.7%, to 94.4%. Inventory remains high too, with 11 active listings in July.
