March was a busy month in Brielle, with 8 homes sold, 11 under contract, and 9 new listings! Some homes have sold quite quickly, others are lingering on the market - often this is due to pricing, but marketing, staging, and other concerns are also important factors.  Average days on the market are holding nearly steady at 38, and prices remain healthy - the list to sale price ratio for March was 101%!  We expect this healthy market to continue, including a steady inventory, through the spring, and into the summer.
