Our clients have a number of properties under contract, and our listing at 47 Mount Street, Bay Head just closed at the the full asking price of $2,200,000. In addition, our new listing in Curtis Point ($3,200,000) has received a good number of showings, and one offer, after only 4 days on the market. More details can be found in the video below.
