Bay Head & Mantoloking Market Update - June 2024
We hope that May finished up well for you, and that you are looking forward to the true start of summer! Schools will be out soon, and lifeguards will be on duty in Bay Head and Mantoloking. The market remains active, with a good number of closings and new listings in May, including our clients' purchase of their new oceanfront home in Mantoloking (asking price of ~ $14,000,000). Just about of all of the listing statistics are up - more new listings, more properties under contract, and more closings! More details about the market can be found below.
