We hope that May finished up well for you, and that you are looking forward to the true start of summer! Schools will be out soon, and lifeguards will be on duty in Bay Head and Mantoloking. The market remains active, with a good number of closings and new listings in May, including our clients' purchase of their new oceanfront home in Mantoloking (asking price of ~ $14,000,000).
