Bay Head & Mantoloking Market Update - April 2025
As expected, March saw an increase in inventory (6 new listings in Bay Head, and 2 new listings in Mantoloking), as has April thus far. Our new land listing at 88 Osborne Avenue went under contract (with multiple offers) within days of coming on the market! In March, there was one closing in Mantoloking, and one home went under contract in Bay Head. On April 1st, our new oceanfront listing at 1401 Ocean Avenue, Mantoloking came on the market, and has had a good number of showings, with positive feedback. Last week, we listed two properties in Mantoloking - 954 Barnegat Lane, on the water, and 1039 Barnegat Lane, elevated, with a pool, and bay views. In other bayfront news, in April, 858 Clayton Avenue, Bay Head, was sold by an agent in our office for $6,100,000.
