As the weather has improved, so has the market! Buyer are active, but interestingly, the activity is spotty. Some homes have come on the market, and sit (and not just because they are overpriced - though some are), and others come on the market, and are snapped up by buyers in a day or two! Though there are several homes under contract, there were no closings in Bay Head and Mantoloking last month. We'll tell you more in the video and statistics below.
